3. Usage Guidelines and Security Obligations

Account Custodianship

You maintain exclusive responsibility for the confidentiality of your login credentials, including PINs and verification codes. Any action performed through your account is legally deemed your own.

Code of Conduct

You agree not to engage in:

  • Any attempt to disrupt the integrity of our server infrastructure.
  • Decompiling, reverse-engineering, or attempting to duplicate the software's logic.
  • Utilizing the calendar for fraudulent tax reporting or illicit activities.
  • Injecting viruses or automated scripts into the platform.

4. Intellectual Property and Licensing

Ownership Rights

Tirunelveli Alert, including its unique reminder algorithms, UI/UX design, and branding, is the sole property of our organization.

Limited License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the app for managing your personal or business tax deadlines.

Data Usage

By using the app, you grant us the necessary functional rights to process your tax dates and records solely for providing the alert service.

5. Liability Disclaimers

"As-Is" Service

The application is provided without warranties of any kind regarding constant availability or absolute precision.

Not Professional Advice

Information provided by Tirunelveli Alert is for organizational purposes only and does not substitute for professional tax or legal consultancy.

Limitation of Loss

We shall not be held liable for any financial penalties, late fees, or data loss incurred by the user, within the limits permitted by Indian law.

6. Termination and Governing Law

Right to Amend

Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
